Good Classic Concepts, But Slightly Out of Date

I picked up this book at the recommendation of a fellow real estate investor. The book provided some very good and useful information that can be adapted to today's market. Most of the concepts continue to hold true today. However, this book was written in 1998 and a lot has changed since then in the real estate market. Many of the examples don't relate to current market trends and pricing. So I wouldn't look to this book to answer all of your questions but it may be good to supplement your other reading on the topic.
I hope someone will take the time to write an updated version of this book with a focus on today's markets and resources.
