Great for detoxing and losing weight!

Great if you’re looking to get cleansed, detoxed, and lose weight. You may get headaches, or strong cravings, it is normal for the first 2-4 days. Just stay focused and stay on the juice. Make an extra Juice to drink if you feel like you’re about to cave in and eat something solid. Also, remember to drink at least 16 oz of water after each juice meal. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

My wife and I got a juicer about a month ago and have been playing around with it here and there. We made some good juices and without too many directions we made some pretty nasty juices too. Naturally I looked around for some good recipes and found this e-book.
The first few chapters focus on dieting with juices which is something I’m not really interested in, nonetheless it’s good stuff for those who are looking into it. For me I was looking primarily for the recipes so I could make some good tasting juices. So far I’ve tried the Orange Mango and the coconut mango. Both were awesome they tasted healthy and refreshing. I’m excited to keep trying new recipes in the book with the assurance that they are good for us.
I added a picture of the orange mango juice that we made. I like it with the pulp so I put some back into the juice. Good stuff.
